These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AzureDragon VPN application and related services.

Welcome to AzureDragon VPN (the "App" or "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. AzureDragon VPN is developed and operated in Mainland China by 沈阳雷霆迅联科技有限公司, and the Service has obtained the VPN operation license required for operation in Mainland China.

Important: These Terms are service terms that supplement Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your licensed use of the App. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s Standard EULA will prevail.

1. Service Description

AzureDragon VPN provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service within the scope permitted by its operation license and applicable laws, enabling users to:

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or if your parent/guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Free Trial, Subscriptions, and Payments

Trial & Subscription Summary: The App may offer a limited free trial/complimentary access. Trial access ends automatically and will not convert into a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions are optional and are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

4.1 Complimentary Trial (No Auto-Conversion)

The App may provide a limited free trial or complimentary access ("Trial") for evaluation purposes. Trial duration, eligibility, and limitations are shown in the App.

No automatic charge: Trial access ends automatically when the trial period or trial usage ends. You will not be charged automatically at the end of the Trial. If you wish to continue using paid features, you must purchase a subscription (or other paid option) explicitly within the App.

Trial availability may be limited to once per user/device/account, and we may restrict Trial access to prevent abuse.

4.2 Subscription Plans

AzureDragon VPN offers optional subscription plans (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly). Plan details, pricing, and included features are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region/currency.

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments for subscriptions are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. We do not collect or store your payment card information.

4.4 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price.

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device;
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap "Subscriptions";
  3. Find AzureDragon VPN and tap "Cancel Subscription";
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm cancellation.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that time.

4.6 Restore Purchases

If you have an active subscription, you may restore access using the "Restore" option in the App (where available), subject to Apple’s systems and your Apple ID.

4.7 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s refund policies. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

4.8 Price Changes

Subscription pricing and changes are managed through Apple’s mechanisms. Where required, Apple may request your consent to continue a subscription under a new price. Price changes apply to future periods, not the current term.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use AzureDragon VPN to:

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including content and functionality, is owned by AzureDragon VPN or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Your licensed use of the App is governed by Apple’s Standard EULA (linked above). These Terms govern the Service aspects (including subscriptions and acceptable use).

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AZUREDRAGON VPN OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AzureDragon VPN and its affiliates from and against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Service Changes and Termination

10.1 Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part) at any time. We are not liable for such changes to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10.2 Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, subject to applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

AzureDragon VPN is developed and operated in Mainland China by 沈阳雷霆迅联科技有限公司. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China as applied in Mainland China, excluding the laws of Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and the Taiwan region for purposes of these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer residing outside Mainland China, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or region of residence.

Disputes that cannot be resolved in good faith may be submitted to the competent people's court at the operator's domicile or another court with jurisdiction under applicable law, without limiting any rights you may have under mandatory laws to bring claims in other competent courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App or other reasonable means, and we will update the "Last Updated" date below.

Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
